We're getting close to moving day. The garage doors need painted and the front door stained.

The cabinets are installed, most of the appliances are in. We are having a debate over how to cover the vent duct over the stove. I want to wrap it in wood like the cabinets. The other option is to drywall it. Let's have a vote.
I can't wait to move in.
All that's left inside is some finish work, a good cleaning and we're set.

yay!!! it'll be soooo nice to be all moved in soon.
so my vote is to cover the vent over the stove with wood - it'll make it look more like furniture and a custom piece AKA look expensive. its always nice when you can pull that off without it really being that way ;-)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE your kitchen and fireplace! how fun! I'm excited for you guys to move in! A new home is a lot of fun....I'm still trying not to panic at every finger print/dent in the wall/ crack in the floor we get though :) Kids are harsh on new homes I"ve decided. I bet Sam will be better though!
